Corian® integrated vanity tops and basins have been installed in each ensuite bathroom. The basins are Silver Grey, while the benchtops and shrouds are Glacier White. This deliberate color selection aims to assist visually impaired residents. Additionally, a convenient grab rail has been integrated into the design along with anti-ligature features.
In the communal areas, Corian® has been used for the kitchen benchtops. Corian® is an excellent choice for high-traffic environments due to its stain resistance, non-porous nature, and hygienic properties.
